Description We are offering a role in the non-profit sector, located in Honolulu, Hawaii for those with a strong background in HR recruitment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring the public, building relationships, and driving committed individuals to join our mission. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements. If interested in this role, please call us at 808-531-0800.Responsibilities: Execute registry recruitment events and inspire participation in our mission. Build and sustain relationships to drive committed individuals to join our registry. Collaborate with account managers to recruit and retain volunteers. Conduct interviews, screen applicants, train volunteers, and recommend volunteer placement in appropriate programs and activities. Ensure volunteers are properly trained for the task. Handle high volume recruitment and maintain accurate and efficient documentation. Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for administrative assistance and coordination of logistics. Lead and conduct training sessions as needed. Coordinate charity events and manage volunteer recruitment.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Recruiting, preferably in the non-profit sector Proficiency in conducting hiring processes, including documentation, applicant screening, and conducting interviews Experience in high-volume recruitment is essential Familiarity with charity events and the ability to recruit volunteers for such events Proven experience in conducting training sessions and providing administrative assistance Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word Ability to coordinate logistics for various HR-related activities Experience in volunteer recruitment is highly desirable Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A commitment to the mission and values of non-profit organizations Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
