ASSISTANT FOOD + BEVERAGE MANAGER
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting with the day to day functions; ensures employee and guest satisfaction; provides direction, coaches, develops and leads employees; promotes growth of the business; develops and nurtures partnerships with vendors; fosters community relations; maintains a high level of exceptional food quality and presentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistance with hiring, training and development of employees
Ensure that employees understand and follow our mission, culture and values
Ensure that employees are following company policies and procedures
Ensure that all health, hygiene as well as safety standards are being met
Assistance with maintaining food cost, labor cost and proper inventory levels
Promote the customer service experience
Additional tasks as determined by GM
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum (2) years restaurant experience
Restaurant management experience a plus but not required. We will train.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
