Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Work setting: Fine Dining/Casual Restaurant
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Night Shifts
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
Shift: 8 hour shift
