Schedule: Full Time / Part Time
Pay: $14.00 plus tips
Reports To: FOH Supervisor / FOH Manager
Join our team at Aji Limo Restaurant in Haleiwa where we are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Servers and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Server, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests. From warmly greeting patrons to guiding them through our menu selections and ensuring a memorable dining experience, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work Lunch, Dinner, Weekends, and Holidays as required.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
