- Position Summary: Restaurant Line Cook

The Line Cook is a key member of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the restaurant's standards during service. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Line Cook is expected to manage a specific station (such as grill, sauté, fry, or prep) while maintaining high food quality, consistency, and efficiency. - Position Summary: Restaurant Prep Cook

The Kitchen Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in the preparation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves chopping vegetables, marinating meats, measuring and assembling ingredients, and assisting with the setup of cooking stations to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently during service. The Prep Cook works closely with chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the restaurant's standards and ready for cooking or serving.

- Position Summary: Restaurant Baker

The Restaurant Kitchen Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of fresh baked goods, including breads, pastries, desserts, and other menu items that require baking. Working in close collaboration with the kitchen team, the Baker ensures that all products are made to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. The role requires a strong knowledge of baking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistent production. The Baker also manages inventory of baking supplies, ensures cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
