We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and play a key role in supporting the HR department. Duties:
Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs - Conduct benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations.
Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
Participate in talent management initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process.
Utilize Taleo or similar platforms for recruitment purposes.
Support human resources management by implementing company policies and procedures.
Handle conflict management and resolution within the organization.
Assist in succession planning efforts.
Familiarity with Ceridian or other HRIS software is a plus Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
