CPA office with location in Kapa'a now hiring part time (16 hours/week) Administrative Assistant.
Applicants must be reliable, prompt, organized, and professional with clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Adobe skills are preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic tax documents is helpful. Willing to learn new computer programs is a must. Pay range $20-25/hour depending on experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Remote work is NOT available as an option for this job.) Potential schedule would be Monday to Thursday 10-2 with option to increase hours on occasion during tax season.

Duties include:
Answering phone
Greeting clients
Receiving paperwork from clients
Scanning client documents and saving them to an electronic filing system
Maintaining client files
Protecting confidentiality of client info
Organizing documents
Properly archiving documents
Running errands (bank, post office, store, etc.)
Assist with special projects as needed
Shredding old files.
Following up with phone calls as needed
Light cleaning (sweeping, dusting, taking out trash, etc.)
