Ground Transport, Inc. is a locally owned School Bus Transportation Company that has been operating in Hawaii for over 34 years. We are seeking a Full-Time School Bus Dispatcher who will be hands-on and a team player. This position is required to report to our Keaau - Shipman Industrial Park Office - Monday – Friday.

Full-Time
Team Player with a positive attitude who will be responsible for scheduling and routing both regular education and special education school bus routes. Monitoring GPS, monitoring and responding on the two-way radio and answering phones in a professional and efficient manner. Will handle related paperwork and coordinate with DOE, Schools, Parents, Drivers and Customers.
Requirements:
Prior Dispatching experience, preferably in the Transportation Industry
Will be required to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Possess strong writing, communication, computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Assist with various office duties as required.
