Menehune Water Company is Hawai‘i’s oldest and largest locally owned bottled water delivery company, proudly serving island communities for 40 years. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Merchandising Representative to join our Kauai team.
This role combines sales, customer service, and merchandising — ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being on the road, and helping local businesses stay hydrated.
Position Overview
The Sales & Merchandising Representative is responsible for growing sales, managing accounts, and maintaining product displays across the Kauai Division. You’ll work directly with residential, commercial, and retail clients to promote Menehune Water products and ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Promote and sell Menehune Water products and services to new and existing customers
Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and local networking
Set up new customer accounts, complete paperwork, and coordinate with office staff
Install new equipment (water coolers, bottles, etc.) for accounts
Provide friendly, professional service and resolve customer questions or concerns
Maintain accurate client records and report sales activities to the Kauai Division Manager
Merchandising:
Restock and organize products at retail accounts
Set up and maintain product displays and promotional materials
Ensure shelves are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
Assist with deliveries to retail partners and return reusable pallets or containers
Maintain company vehicle in safe, clean condition and follow all traffic and safety rules
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of sales or merchandising experience preferred
Valid Hawai‘i driver’s license required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
Schedule & Work Conditions:
Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week), Monday–Friday
Some weekend or holiday work may be required
Local travel across Kauai (company vehicle provided for work use)
