Full supervisory level position, reports to the GM. This person plans, organizes, disciplines, provides supervision and oversight for daily maintenance operations and activities of unionized maintenance employees and outside contractors. Inspects and troubleshoots maintenance projects and daily tasks. Assists with oversight of parking and security.
On call availability required after normal work hours for leaks and other after-hours emergencies.
This position may need to perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the General Manager
