Position Overview:
As an Experienced Automotive Technician on our team, you'll also perform a wide variety of vehicle maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services. Whether you’re responding to a call-out or working from our base yard hub, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of vehicles and contribute to a growing, client-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services, including fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs.
Perform vehicle repairs including engine, suspension, braking systems, electrical components, and more.
Respond to call-out requests and drive to customer locations to perform maintenance or repairs as needed.
Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and potential issues, offering recommendations for further service or preventative care.
Maintain detailed and accurate service records for each job performed.
Provide clear and professional communication with customers, explaining the services performed and offering advice on vehicle care.
Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company policies.
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
Strong ability to perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Experience with routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and more.
Proficient in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle performance.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must have your own set of professional tools; a company vehicle will be provided for work-related tasks.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to work in a mobile, call-out environment or from our base yard hub, depending on the job.
