Maintenance Mechanic I

What you will be doing:Repair/preventive maintenance of systems and equipment related to HVACR, Chilled water generation, hot water generation, fire suppression, fire monitoring & control, and power distribution & generation.Keeps inventory of supplies and parts for building repairs and critical systemsSchedule air handler on/off times for schedule functions on the Allerton  energy management system in the central plantSwimming pool and Jacuzzi maintenance and repairs as neededSchedule air handler on/off times for schedule functions on the Allerton  energy management system in the central plant as well as the Inncom energy management system for the guest rooms.Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
