As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Balsam Brands. You will lead a team of talented product managers, driving the development of innovative solutions and features that enhance customer experiences, drive profitable revenue growth and support internal team members’ ability to work flexibly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you need to be able to create and share a product vision and to work at a strategic level with other leaders as well as being close enough to the day-to-day work so that you can coach and support team members as we continue to optimize our ways of working.This full-time position reports to the SVP, Program & Product Management and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.What you’ll do: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business goalsDrive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This includes working with Product, Project and Tech teams as well as bringing other business partners and leaders along on the “journey”Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth through the development of new products and featuresDeeply understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that products and features meet or exceed their expectationsRecruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product managersWork closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launchLeverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performanceLeads the team to achieve business outcomes by promoting collaboration and alignment with organizational values; translates company initiatives into a clear vision, aligning team actions with company priorities while fostering performance and professional developmentWhat you bring to the table: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record of driving agile transitions and increasing revenue growth in an ecommerce environmentStrong understanding of product development methodologies and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbout Us: Balsam Brands is a global, eCommerce retailer with roots in holiday and home décor.
