Our client, a leader in the public service sector, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the technology department supporting various initiatives aimed at modernizing motor vehicle registration and licensing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Software EngineerLocation: Boise, IdahoPay Range: CompetitiveWhat's the Job?

Provide a variety of motor vehicle registration services, operator licensing services, and regulatory compliance services.

Develop and maintain a significant baseline of source code and associated database structures as part of the modernization effort.

Engage in session management in .Net Core web development.

Test and verify operations consistent with user requirements.

Interact with technical and non-technical staff in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in .Net Core web development.

Experience in software development and database management.

Ability to review and implement defined customer requirements.

Strong analytical skills to identify and correct problems.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
