Dental Front Office/Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our dental practice. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication will be vital in providing exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities to include:
Treatment planning, scheduling, financial arrangements, ensuring accurate billing, processing insurance claims and attachments, greeting and assisting patients, answering the phone, and managing patient records.
Qualifications:
2 + years experience in a dental office setting.
Knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, procedures, and coding.
Proficient in the Eaglesoft & Dental Intel softwares.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented.
This position is Monday- Thursday 7:45 am- 5:15 pm. We are also open one Friday a month for a ½ day. This position does not allow remote work, in person only.
