Job Type: Full-time
Hours: M-F 7am-5pm (varies) (on call rotation with other techs)
The following duties are required:
-Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and effectively while adhering to company standards
-Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
-Technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
-Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner
-Collaborate with dispatcher, service manager as well as other co-workers to optimize scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of service calls
-Strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
-Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring you are prepared with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to perform service calls efficiently

Other Requirements:
-Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
-Required: HVAC service: 2 years (minimum)
-Valid Driver’s License
-HVAC License/Desire to become Journeyman
-EPA Certification
