We are hiring a passionate vibe cover to join our team to help us scale. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE VIBE CODING or be super smart and able to prove to me that you can learn how to vibe code super fast.
IMPORTANT This is a new startup with potential for equity and profit share from a founder who has scaled businesses to $36M in annual revenue.
The Business Model
We ask our clients what's the number 1 problem they have in their business that could be solved with ai, software or the internet and then we custom build that solution for them for $300/mo.
The catch is that they don't own the software. Radiant AI does. So, instead of paying tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars for software, we build out fully functioning prototypes for these businesses in 1-4 days using AI coding tools. (Most projects take less than 10 hours of actual work to create a functioning prototype from scratch.)
So, over the course of a few days or weeks, clients get a fully built out custom ai or software that saves them anywhere from 10-15 hours/week in labor or more (based on current client results) for next to nothing and then we get both $3600 ARR and the ability to sell it to any other business for the same price except all we have to do is add a login for the next client thereby granting us fantastic scalability.

We are an AI first company. Our vision is to become masters of using AI and then add on a robotics division within 2-5 years to become the best in the world at using AI combined with robotics to handle anything imaginable. With that said, AI will be replacing jobs like crazy so we offer a unique compensation structure that ensures you get paid a portion of all revenue generated by the company forever split with other developers based on your personal productivity as determined by the amount of software you built, change and improve while working here.
This ensures you can earn a 6-7 figure annual income with us that sticks even if you choose to take time off or leave.
However, it also means you get paid very little to begin with and that your income ramps up in direct proportion to the software you build and the value you bring to the company.

We are currently offering 2 positions with 1 of 2 compensation structures.
First, an equity-based structure. You will earn 10% equity in your first 5-12 months working here by building out 100 software projects in that time, with an increasing income of $0 the first month, increasing by $1,000 per month until you’ve built 100 projects and then you get a $100k base plus developer profit share. You will need to put in 50-80 hours per week for the first 5 months in order to achieve what’s needed to earn the equity.
Second, a strict compensation based on performance structure. You will earn $100/mo recurring on every software project built. Note, most software projects can be completed in less than a day with replit and need just 0-60 min/mo in maintenance after 2-3 months. Minimum 25 hours/week for 2-5 projects weekly based on your bandwidth.
Lastly, you must be located in the Boise, Idaho area or willing to relocate within 6 months.
