Full-Time Hourly, Monday - Friday, Benefits Eligible

CO-Energy is growing and needs to hire a Fuel Truck Delivery Driver to add to our team at our Boise facility.

For 37 years, CO-Energy has provided fuels and lubricant products to commercial and agricultural customers. Our employees are the reason we continue to grow by giving excellent customer service.

Operating a 10-Wheel Tanker Truck, this position will deliver fuel to customers in our Boise/Western Idaho service area. The delivery routes are located within a 100-mile radius of Boise.

There are no overnight stays required, driver will be home every night.

To provide the best service to our customers, overtime hours might occasionally be required either by additional daily hours or added weekend shifts.

Our Drivers earn a competitive hourly wage with plenty of Overtime available for those who want it.

Our drivers are eligible to receive an end-of-the-year annual cash bonus as recognition for meeting their safety and job performance goals. The first year of employment, the potential bonus is $1 per hour for every hour worked in that year. Another dollar per hour is added at the beginning of years 2, 4, 6 & 10.

Additional compensation includes Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance coverage, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k) plan with employer match and a discount on fuel (gasoline/diesel) for your personal use.

Tasks, Duties and Essential Job Functions:

Drive Tanker truck to deliver Fuel products as assigned

Load and unload the truck tanks by yourself

Read, verify and check order paperwork for accuracy and errors

Work safely following all company and government rules and regulations

Report all petroleum product spills immediately, act quickly to reduce the spill

Provide excellent customer service by being safe, prompt, efficient, accurate and friendly

Required Qualifications:

Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a Hazmat and Tanker endorsement

Possess an excellent driving record - no more than one (1) moving violation or at-fault accident in the last three (3) years

One (1) or more years of CDL truck driving experience

Ability to lift up to 50 poundsrepeatedly

Ability to operate a hose reel and meters

Desired Qualifications:

Experience transporting and delivering bulk fuel, oil, or other hazardous liquids

Physical Work Conditions:

Work outdoors in all weather conditions (Regularly)

Lift and carry hoses, drums, pails, buckets, cases of fuel and other product that weigh up to 50 pounds (Regularly)

Climb up and down stairs/short ladders for entering and exiting vehicle and accessing areas of the tanker (Repeatedly)

Sitting for long periods of time while driving (Regularly)
