Position SummaryResponsible for supporting the nurse in delivering quality care and comfort to the patient and family. Serves as the focal communication source in the department and is responsible for providing information in a timely and comprehensive manner. Ensures a positive first and last impression to all customers. Responsible for ordering, scheduling, transcribing tests/procedures, when needed.Position Requirements
High school /GED diploma preferred.
CPR certification
Must have typing/computer skills or acquire competency within 6 months.
Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask
