Working hand in hand with internal and external media partners, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute game-changing strategies that will connect with audiences and drive business results.As a Paid Social Lead-Vice President on our Paid Media team, you will spearhead dynamic and impactful paid media campaigns. You will work in a highly collaborative team-oriented environment that enables you to harness your expertise, creativity and analytical skills to make a tangible impact to the line of business you will be supporting, within the group you sit in and the centralized media team as a whole. You will have the chance to establish our line of business as a transformative leader in the category.Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the paid social strategy, tactical media plan execution, and campaign optimizations for the lines-of-business in your purview. This includes oversight of external and internal agencies

Manage the day-to-day relationship with the lines-of-business within your purview and be responsible for thoroughly understanding their business objectives and how that relates to their paid media goals

Develop proactive paid social strategies that meet their business needs and become a trusted advisor for the business

Lead internal business projects and the onboarding of new platforms for The Firm

Ensure campaign planning, buying, optimizations, and reporting meet quality assurance checkpoints

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across paid media, brand and analytics, as well as external partners

Partner closely with legal and controls and the social listening team on all social operations projects

Support the Head of Paid Social on enterprise related projects ranging from social partner management to developing industry POVs related to social media landscape and best practices

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

6+ years of paid media buying experience with a focus on social media, ideally in a B2B environment with experience of buying in global markets

Expertise with leading global and regional paid social campaigns

Experience managing external media agencies and executive clients

Ability to manage end-to-end projects/campaigns independently with minimal oversight

Advanced skills in Excel, as well as social media analytics (measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting)
