Senior Financial Analyst

Salary Rate: Starting at $80,000Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.Financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting of existing assets.Develop process for internal reporting for measuring community performance along with senior leadership team.Manage monthly and quarterly financial review process for assigned operating division and review on a continual basis.Provide financial support to communities and regional teams within operating division.Prepare financial packages. Actively participate in the creation of annual business plans and operating budgets.Interface with investors, lenders, and senior leadership team.Create and present analysis and results.Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
