Description:We are seeking a dynamic technology leader to join our team as the Program Principal for Site Reliability Engineering. This strategic role will be pivotal in leading and executing large-scale Site reliability engineering customer engagements, ensuring the stability and performance of Modern cloud and legacy systems and application by implementing best practices in reliability engineering, and driving automation to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting to Director of ITOps Modernization, this role will be responsible for leading development, sales, solution and delivery of Site Reliability Engineering program offering for TEKsystems Global Services Enterprise customers. This role will be accountable for ensuring delivery excellence and providing thought leadership to our customer’s executive and technical leadership. Responsibilities: Capability Development: In this role, you will lead development of Site Reliability engineering offerings for customer’s cloud-native and cloud-agnostic needs focused on operational efficiency, observability, stability and resiliency of enterprise IT systems. Technical Expertise: You will leverage your in-depth expertise in SRE strategy design and technologies and platforms, staying updated on the latest advancements on tools and services available in the market, and guiding the team in applying best practices to build offering that can be delivered to customer at scale. 2. Team Training and Development: As a leader of the program, you are required to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest site reliability engineering specific skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for building delivery enablement artifacts as needed to ensure successful delivery 3. Innovation and Best Practices: As a leader of the program, you are required to drive innovation and the adoption of best practices ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of industry standards. Strategic Delivery: In this role, you will engage directly with TEKsystems customers to understand their technical challenges and provide expert guidance and architectural pathways to achieve site reliability engineering goals. You will work closely with customer leadership, technical architects, and project sponsors to ensure SRE initiative is making progress per defined timelines and milestones while adhering to industry standards. 1. Project Planning and Execution: As a Program Principal, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of SRE projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards. 2. Risk Management: As a Program Principal, you will be responsible for Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks and challenges associated with architectural designs. Implement SRE strategies to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of solutions. 3.
