KITCHEN MANAGER
THIS IS A KITCHEN MANAGER POSITION WORKING IN OUR THE FIRST FLOOR KITCHEN. HIGHLY ORGANIZED PROFESSIONAL
Full-time working Kitchen Manager to manage our first floor kitchen staff and oversee kitchen operations for our dining business. Minimum 5 years high volume kitchen experience and sanitation certificate required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and participate in activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing and plating food.
Ensure all food handling sanitation standards are maintained.
Work with the hourly kitchen associates through service ensureing proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures.
Do the inventory and order supplies from our list of approved vendors so that product is in house for service.
Receive and inspect product and supplies for quality and correct quantity and rotate inventory.
