Senior Benefits Specialist

Our client is a global leading law firm seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist in their Chicago headquarters. This candidate will collaborate with the Benefits Management team and Director of Benefits to streamline the administration of the Firm's benefit plans and programs, with a focus on global family support resources. You will be a leader on the team and manage the imperative relationships with brokers. This firms offers a hybrid work schedule of working 2-3 days onsite.Managing existing family support offerings, researching new benefits, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to promote existing programs.Supporting departmental activities such as onboarding, compliance, and open enrollment.Manage Effective communication with brokers and vendors, process refinement, and delivering excellent customer service are crucial.The role demands a results-oriented, detail-focused professional with problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships, and flexibility to collaborate globally.Key duties encompass benefits administration, compliance, project management, and mentoring.You:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, preferably in Human Resources or a professional services firm.Proficiency in MS Office is necessary, and experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRMS is advantageous.Strong communication, project management, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with U.S. health plans.Experience with global wellness plans is preferredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
