AR Supervisor - Collections

JOB DESCRIPTION:As the AR Supervisor - Collections, you’ll support the Accounts Receivable functions by monitoring performance and assisting with issue resolution and exception handling. You’ll interact with the offshore BPO and internal teams and use your keen attention to detail to support financial operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the collections team to meet performance targetsMonitor team productivity and provide coaching and feedbackCollaborate with the cash application and other departments to resolve disputes and issuesReview collections processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiencyGenerate and analyze reports on AR aging, collections performance and KPIsAssist with month-end closing activities and audits by providing necessary documentationReview past due AR reporting to ensure commentary provided as necessary
