Our Core Diagnostics HQ in Lake Forest, IL is currently offering an opportunity for the role of Director of Warehouse Management System (WMS )The Program Director will primarily lead the business aspects of the Core Diagnostics Warehouse Management System (WMS) design and implementation.They will collaborate with Division and Corporate IT leaders to ensure that business, timeline, and budgetary requirements are met.The role will involve leading a cross-functional team to set strategic objectives and achieve desired results, as well as providing leadership for complex system development and commercialization of tools while meeting milestones, deliverables, objectives, and timelines.The Program Director will be responsible for representing the core team to the organization, reporting team progress, program recommendations, and resolutions of issues at senior staff meetings.What You’ll Do:
Lead, review, and monitor program-level activities across the WMS program to ensure alignment with future strategies.
Collaborate closely with Division and Corporate IT leaders to ensure program success.
Manage program scope, risks, schedules, resources, and budget to ensure program success.
Manage the portfolio budget for expenses and capital expenditures in conjunction with division and corporate leads.
Resolve cross-functional and internal conflicts associated with processes and tools.
Drive harmonization of global business processes to ensure seamless implementation at multiple sites.
Review program team readiness prior to meeting with the Steering Committee and support program team recommendations to the Steering Committee.
Elevate irresolvable issues with options to the Steering Committee (e.g., critical out-of-bounds).
Identify, develop, and train staff as needed to ensure critical skills are present in the program.
Hold the team accountable for the quality and completeness of deliverables required for transition through phase reviews and meeting milestones.
Communicate with senior leadership members to ensure that they understand the issues, recommendations, and plans.
Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Represent the program and decisions within the program in internal and external audits.
Understand the specific challenges and opportunities linked to regulatory, legal, privacy, security, and economic situations across US and business units, and partner with business leadership, IT peers, and vendors to address these evolutions most efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
10-12 years of progressively responsible experience in Warehouse Management, Distribution, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline.
10- 12 years’ experience leading projects with an emphasis in Warehouse, Distribution Operations, and/or Supply Chain in a medical device, biomedical, or high-technology industry.
Broad and in-depth multi-disciplinary technical knowledge of Warehousing/distribution/supply chain in regulated industry (preferably diagnostics).
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex business and technical aspects of large-scale development programs.
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results.
Proven ability to work effectively across and outside of the division. Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including presenting to senior management.
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines promptly. Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and the ability to hold others accountable.
Ability to travel, approximately 30%, including international travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer 8 years' experience directly managing staff.
Travel: Up to 40% - International Travel included.
