Job DescriptionThe Senior, US Therapeutics Financial Compliance assists with the execution of the US Therapeutics Financial Compliance program for Federal ‘Sunshine’ Reporting. This role is responsible for the collection and reporting of US Therapeutics Healthcare Providers (HCP) and/or Healthcare Organizations (HCO) financial data for all Therapeutics’ events including Employee Business Expenses, Speaker Programs, Speaker Training, Sponsorships, Exhibits, Memberships, Consulting and Grants.Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in the completion of the US Therapeutics Federal ‘Sunshine’ data including processing, collecting, and reporting the data timely and accurately to be presented to Senior Finance Leadership and OEC.

Assists with the weekly review and matching profiles within transparency vendor system.

Assists with updating analytics relationships tables in preparation for monthly analytics refresh.

Assists with the review of analytics dashboards to identify potential source feed and data integrity issues.

Assists with quarterly/yearly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data received from source systems.

Performs monthly/quarterly reporting for Co-Op Marketing and eCommerce.

Performs monthly/quarterly reporting for PCYC APD/eForm sources.

Performs monthly Cool Sculpting University (CSU) Meal & travel spend reporting.

Responsible for running monthly habitual disputer report. Additionally, responsible for performing and presenting yearly dispute statistics.

Conducts annual reviews of State Spend database dimension tables to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Creates and maintains desktop procedures specific to role.

Assists with Internal and External Audits for Compliance and Federal ‘Sunshine’ Transparency Reporting.

Meets deadlines to ensure all areas of responsibility are timely and accurate in reporting of data while ensuring adherence to compliance policies, financial policies, and state/federal laws.

QualificationsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Preferred 4+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.

Proficient Excel skills required.

Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI a plus.
