Job DescriptionPurpose:The Quality Associate II – Change Management, supports the Quality Function within Operations. This includes understanding and executing against all applicable Policies, Directives (Processes), Procedures, Work Instructions, References, Guidelines, Templates, and Forms related to change management. Ability to work with all levels of personnel from several different functional areas and facilitate Change Review Board meetings. Expectations that the Quality Associate II will maintain high quality levels in all aspects of their job while achieving high levels of efficiency.Responsibilities:Responsible for various aspects of the quality assurance (QA) functional area related to change managementEnsures that submitted change plans are consistent and in conformance/compliance with the AbbVie Quality System requirements (QCM01).Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance issues related to any applicable Policies, Directives (Processes), Procedures, Work Instructions, References, Guidelines, Templates, and Forms related to change management.Comfortable working in a multitude of computer systems (i.e., SolTRAQs, GTW, OneTrack, COSMOS, AMS, ComplianceWire, OneVault, Service Now, Microsoft (MS) applications, etc.)QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Physical or Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering. 2+ years of experience in any of the following: QA, Manufacturing, R&D in pharmaceutical, biologics, device, or chemical industry Must be familiar with use of quality systems, electronic document management and MS Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).Must also be familiar with AbbVie Quality Systems as well as cGMP and other regulatory requirements.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Key Stakeholders:Quality, Development, Manufacturing, and RegulatoryAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​​

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​
