Nurse Manager - Oncology - Full-Time Days

The Manager, Nurse reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.The Manager, Nurse is responsible for managing the clinical staff in the Practice, overseeing various clinical functions that impact patient care, patient flow, and patient satisfaction; and maintaining a solid understanding of all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager oversees the telephone triage function performed by the clinical staff and provides staff education related to clinical care and quality issues.
