Job DescriptionSeeking a recruiter for a contract role to cover a maternity leave from September through January-February. The position will work alongside four other recruiters, managing 30-60 requisitions at a time. You will be responsible for screening top talent in light industrial and janitorial skill sets for healthcare and manufacturing clients. Responsibilities include tracking calls in the ATS, bringing candidates through the entire onboarding process, and handling backgrounds, drug testing, and the pre-employment process.Skills
Experience in recruiting and/or customer service (1-2 years)

Computer proficiency (Excel assessment required)

This is a fully on-site position in Peoria, Illinois.
