Call Center Representative

Description:-Call volume – 20-30 calls per day-9 minute handle time. (375 minutes in a day without 30 mins of lunch). 40 calls a day. -Incoming phone calls. Mainly state farm agents, some customers might be on some of the calls.-Help with applications and completing those, how do they take a withdrawal, update beneficiaries etc.Qualifications:Must have: 2+ years of customer service experience Strong computer skills and typing skills Strong communication skills Strongly Preferred but not required: Financial services background , experience working with financial products (IRA, fixed annuity, etc) Soft Skills:

Soft skills are really most important - customer service and attitude is number one!

Hours:Hybrid schedule: They roles mainly remote! But technically hybrid roles. There will be 4-5 days per month that the reps have to work in the office. One week of the month on Monday-thurs they will work in the office (This typically falls in the 2nd week of the month). The reps will work 100% remote the other weeks. Monday – Friday 8am cst – 6pm cst (any shift within there – openers are 8-4:15, 9:45-6pm closers). 30 minute lunch and 30 minutes of break (self selective breaks).
