Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role encompasses various HR functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Onboarding. You will be working in a virtual environment, communicating with the HR team and other departments primarily through digital channels.Responsibilities: Lead and manage HR operations, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition and other HR functions. Handle administrative tasks such as internal communication, submitting paperwork to vendors, and light executive assistance work. Assist in planning and executing virtual company events and provide flexible project support. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, and general business functions. Manage and take ownership of HR processes without daily in-person supervision. Utilize your skills in Employee Relations and Applicant Track Systems to improve and streamline HR processes. Maintain active virtual culture with communication via different digital tools. Work independently with support from an HRBP. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Strong understanding of Employee Relations Experienced in managing Onboarding processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
