Description Robert Half is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is the face of our company, responsible for managing the front office space, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and providing essential support to the office operations.You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for greeting, directing, and assisting as needed. Your responsibilities will also include managing office supplies, light invoicing, handling administrative projects, and ensuring the kitchen is stocked for our hardworking team.Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management: Welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate individuals or meeting rooms, and provide assistance as required to ensure a positive experience.

Phone Management: Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments or team members, and provide information or assistance as necessary.

Office Supplies: Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.

Invoicing: Assist with light invoicing tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Administrative Projects: Support various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen is stocked with snacks, beverages, and other essentials for our team.

Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

General Office Support: Assist with photocopying, filing, and other general office tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
