Warehouse Associate - Sanitation

The Warehouse Associate - Sanitation uses standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintains a safe work area through general housekeeping and performs sanitation functions. Wears proper PPE as required.Shift: Must be available to work ANY 4 days out of the week, including weekends and holidays for 10 hours shifts with three rotating days off. Start Time: 6:00am. There may also be mandatory overtime.Compensation: $20.00/hourly; bi-weeklyRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Sanitation Duties:Remove dough trays/carts and returns product from truckUpdate inventory to reflect received product and sorts and stores usable productThoroughly cleans cargo area of trailer to ensure sanitary storage area for product during transportPre-cool cargo area of trailer to company specifications prior to loading productPicker Duties: Operate scanner so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accuratelyEnsure that orders are accurate, including quantity, size, and dateStage items correctly for loaders and deliveryEfficiently loads product onto carts maximizing spaceOperate handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followedMove product from staging area to trailer using equipment such as forklift, pallet jack or two-wheeled cartStage each order with the use of handheld scanner in preparation of loading onto trailersLoader Duties: Complete load verification with handheld scanner and verifies accuracy of assembled loadsLoad trailers according to company specifications for maximum delivery accuracySecure load within cargo area of trailer using load bars, or strapsLoad outbound trailers/routes according to load sheetsInspect product for quality before loading onto trailersAssist with pulling orders for walk up customers, as neededAuditor Duties: Verify dough and product is accurate on assigned trailersWork with leadership and loaders to correct variances that have been identified
