Scotty’s Lawn Equipment is looking for a Service Writer to join our team. This position will oversee the service counter while reporting to and assisting the service manager. Duties include: customer check in/out, invoicing, processing payments, making progress phone calls, submitting warranty claims, etc. Some heavy lifting will be required. Candidates for this position would ideally have great communication skills, mechanical knowledge, computer and phone skills. This position is full time, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday, 7:30am-5:00pm.
Must have valid driver’s license. Must be at least 21 years old. Must pass drug screen and background check.
