Liquor Store Associate – West Side Liquors (Evansville, IN)
West Side Liquors is hiring reliable, honest, and respectful Sales Associates to join our family-owned neighborhood liquor store. We take pride in good service, teamwork, and keeping things organized — and we’re looking for friendly people who enjoy working with the community.
Job Type:
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Pay: Starting at $11.00 per hour (with opportunities for raises based on performance)
Location: West Side Liquors – Evansville, IN (Family-owned and locally loved)
Available Shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift:
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Sunday Shift: 11:45 AM – 8:15 PM
Weekday availability is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, respectful manner
Operate the register and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Stock coolers, shelves, and displays throughout the day
Help unload and organize deliveries efficiently
Keep the store clean, safe, and presentable
Work with your team to maintain smooth and seamless daily operations
Requirements:
Must be 21 or older (per Indiana law)
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
Dependable, respectful, and hardworking
Valid driver’s license required
Weekday availability preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Retail or customer service experience is a plus
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic product or sales knowledge helpful but not required
Liquor license a plus!
Training:
Full training provided — no prior experience required. You’ll learn store procedures, stocking routines, and POS operation step by step.
