Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. You'll be a part of the Fleet Lease industry, ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining comprehensive customer records, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer credit. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments while tracking vehicles through various processes. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Ensure all charges are entered for deduction from proceeds or when the vehicle is released. Process payments for customers correctly and promptly. Conduct pre and post-sale audits to ensure all due funds are collected. Compile and distribute pre and post-sale reports to clients. Handle the pickup notices and pass them to the qualifier for scheduling. Manage the sale for all lease and repo vehicles. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service. Experience in data entry, order entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to draft professional email correspondence and effectively communicate with customers via email. Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
