Job Title: Swiss Lathe Programmer Up to $40/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Swiss Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team. As a job shop that handles a diverse range of projects across various industries, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks. A significant portion of our business involves archery products. In this role, you will primarily focus on lathe machines but will also be utilized for other machines as needed. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and machining your own parts.Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate Swiss lathe machines .
Machining parts to precise specifications.
Perform set-ups and adjustments on various machines.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Utilize G&M codes for programming.
Ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a job shop environment with a focus on precision machining. The position is for the 1st shift , with hours from 6 AM to 2:30 PM (or 4:30 PM). The work week is typically 40-50 hours, with no weekend shifts required.
