You will be working in our Operations Control Center (OCC) supporting the Boeing Corporate Aviation fleet located in Gary, IN near the Chicagoland area. You’ll be an integral member or our OCC team; a high performing, diverse, top talent team that prioritizes safety and quality first without comprise to our company values.You’ll primarily be responsible for managing our passenger experience from booking to execution. You will deliver upon a seamless passenger experience by collaborating with various departments, leveraging excellent communication practices, introducing continuous improvement ideas, applying root cause thinking, and acting with highest degree of customer centricity day-in & day-out.This position is within Boeing’s Enterprise Services organization. Enterprise Services is a team of 2,500+ employees whose collective mission is to enable the build of Boeing’s products. Enterprise Services provides strategic partnership and support to all Boeing business units through multiple service towers – creating outsized impact and value across the Enterprise.Position Responsibilities:

Passenger Experience: monitor all aspects of the passenger experience, from arrival to the aircraft to the transition of ground transportation. For a seamless experience, pre-communicate and/or coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., operations, maintenance, crew, fixed base operators, etc) expectations, special attention items and/or historical lessons learned

Stakeholder Service Levels: Maintain reporting database and tracking metrics for service providers, business partners and internal processes. Share positive experiences with stakeholders for recognition and to foster repeat experiences

Continuously Raising Bar: With constructive feedback, lead discovery, resolution and distribution of lessons learned for continuous improvement leveraging cross skill collaboration to ensure EFO is addressing and always building upon it’s service

Onboard Catering: arrange and/or verify catering for all trips that do not have a flight attendant assigned/onboard. Oversee catering history for consistency, quality and overall passenger experience

Passenger Profile: maintain Travel Documents (Visa/Passport), Preferences (catering preferences, aircraft stock, etc.), experience, airline loyalty program, etc.

Passenger Experience Integrator: coordinate and execute with key parties such as executive assistants, scheduling team, and flight crew on logistics with hotel, rental car, catering, special requests, etc.

Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as: flight crew, vendors, executive assistants, schedulers, flight attendants

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to passenger experience, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint )

3+ years of project management experience

3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Collaboration: Work closely and professionally with various skills, such as pilots, flight attendants, operations, etc. for the best customer experience

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with FOS (scheduling software)

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and teammates. Work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment

Continuous Improvement Mindset: applying standards tools and methodology to root cause and build-upon process

3+ years of experience in a passenger experience or customer service management role (preferably in the airline or travel industry) preferred

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
