Assist the compliance program with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and documenting system issues

Solicit and document end-to-end system requirements including reporting needs

Work with both program staff and IT staff

What You'll NeedRequired:

Candidate must currently be located in Indiana with the ability to work onsite in Indianapolis

8 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL

8 years of Experience with Power BI

8 years of knowledge with Java

8 years of experience troubleshooting application and database issues

8 years of experience documenting system requirements

8 years of experience soliciting and documenting end-to-end system requirements

8 years of experience documenting reporting requirements

8 years of experience documenting business processes

8 years of experience documenting data requirements including data quality

Experience working directly with technical and non-technical staff

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
