Project Manager – Google Workspace Services (Remote in US)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager for Google Workspace Services to lead and manage the delivery of complex IT service projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a proven track record of successfully navigating multifaceted technical projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You must be proficient in using modern cloud collaboration technologies, such as Google Workspace, to foster seamless team communication and project tracking. The ideal candidate has experience managing Google Workspace deployment projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resource requirements. Lead project kickoff meetings and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project.Team & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing clear, consistent, and timely communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.Risk & Budget Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Track project costs to ensure the project remains within budget, and manage any changes to the project scope and schedule.Process & Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is created, maintained, and properly stored. Drive project execution using a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.Technology Utilization: Champion the use of cloud collaboration tools, primarily Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive), to streamline workflows, enhance team collaboration, and manage project assets efficiently.
