Department: Operations Accounting

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday

Location: Hybrid, Indianapolis

Assist Senior Financial Analysts and Managers in day-to-day accounting operationaltasks.

Perform analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information.

Perform statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources.

Prepare reports based surrounding property tax functions.

Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.

Perform special projects and duties as assigned, including research, forecasting and exploring viable alternatives.

Assist with all accounting, financial reporting, portfolio reporting and valuation activities.

Review financial statements for compliance with GAAP and other internal policies.

Monthly journal entries and performing required reconciliations in relation to property tax.

#LI-RemoteRequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:

Accountant preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Two years of relevant experience in accounting preferred.

Bachelors in accounting or finance highly preferred.

Preparation of property tax exemptions and property tax renditions.
