Description We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. This is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity in the Indianapolis Job Description:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.

Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and securing contracts.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.

Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals; ability to handle rejection and stay resilient.Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
