We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Testing Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic technical skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for supporting hardware preparation and troubleshooting and preparing systems for resale. Prior experience is a plus, but training will be provided. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Basic PC troubleshooting (Can Train)
Basic network troubleshooting (Can Train)
Ability to follow written, on-screen directions
Keep area organized
Take photographs of some laptops as part of documentation and inventory
Boot computers into a Windows environment
Interpret diagnostic results
Evaluate the physical condition of systems for resale
