Material Handler – Level IIPosition Description: Under moderate guidance, responsible for assisting in the daily store operations to ensure critical parts availability and material handling/flow in the factory. Reports to Operations/Shift Supervisor; receives direction from Team Leads.Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions. Standing for extended periods of time at job stations. All job functions require approved PPE.Skills/Abilities:
Completing functions of pulling orders, material put aways, and picking material from VLM.
Ability to manage all transactions in SAP (MB1A, MB1B, MMBE, MB51, & bin updates) and update production schedules.
Some heavy equipment usage: cherry picker, fork truck, and turret truck.
Ability to QC for pulled orders by reviewing entire pick, ensure all items picked, verify material picked, and perform 261/262 (consumption of material) after QC.
Specific Processes:
Warehouse: Pull orders, put aways, VLM picks, and VLM operation with responsibility for all SAP transactions and production schedule updates.
Education & Experience Required:HS Diploma or equivalent;1-3+ years of experience in warehouse/materials processes (recommended).Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
