We offer all dental billing services via remote or in office with just a couple of times a week (in office)
Services include;
filing all ins claims, tracing claims, checking insurance eligibility and history. Working Insurance aging report, and posting all EFT/ACH payments. (Don't worry if you are not set up for direct deposit, we can help get you started)
We also send out statements and make your collection calls.
ADMIN:
We offer Front desk administration training to assure proper posting and accuracy.
We are familiar with all dental software's which include, but are not limited to: Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Open Dental, Carestack, Easy Dental, Dolphin, Softdent, and Eaglesoft.
We will also help confirm appointments, if needed.
Our goal is to assure you get paid on time and minimize the outstanding balances and decrease your aging report at a very low monthly rate.
