In this crucial role, you'll drive continuous improvement, optimize production processes, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be tied to a 'family/team' of 4 including an Operations Supervisor, Technical Manager, and oversee 1 specific cell on the manufacturing line. Bringing these Process Engineers will help the Terre Haute facility achieve technical excellence and productivity.Hard Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preference for Mechanical Engineering Technology, open to Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
1 - 3 years of experience in process/manufacturing/industrial engineering environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

85% to 95% on the floor monitoring specific work cell / 10% to 15% creating & reviewing process plans.
