I own and operate a local trash valet service based in Lafayette, Indiana, serving apartment communities in the area.
Im looking for help from someone who has a background in marketing for new client acquisition, specifically in-person outreach to apartment complexes. I am not looking for digital marketing or advertisement, but someone who can physically visit apartment communities, speak with property managers or decision makers and present our service with the goal of securing new service contracts.
This would involve:
on-site visits to apartment complexes in Lafayette and West Lafayette
Direct conversations with property managers or ownership representatives
Professional presentation of our service offering
And converting those conversation in to signed contracts
A list of apartment complexes would be provided, as well as an explanation as to hour our services work and handouts. You will need to document when you spoke to the apartment community manager, take notes, etc.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable walking into offices, starting conversations, and representing a local service business professionally. Professional appearance and communication are important.
