General Laborer

Pay: $24.25/hr ($19.25/hr base + $5 per hour shift differential for night shift)Location: Waterloo, INSchedule: Night shift, Mon-Thur 6pm-6am What You’ll Do As a General Laborer, you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as:Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistencyPerform quality checks and remove defective pieces as neededRework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-readyPackage finished product by adding:packaging materialstop sheetlabelsfinal quality check before going to the yardKeep all products packaged neatly, safely, and securelyAssist with production support tasks such as:pallet repairgeneral maintenance supportyard supportother assigned tasks to keep production movingMaintain a clean work area and support plant clean-upFollow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
