Christin, Erin, or Paige are great points of contact!Responsibilities include:-Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online.-Performing monthly closings and bank reconciliation-Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring swift and accurate transactions-Processing Journal Entries-Handle invoicing tasks, facilitating smooth financial operations-Reconciling all accounts to the General Ledger, maintaining fiscal integrity-Assist in sales tax returnsRequirements Skillset we are seeking:-Prior Bookkeeping experience-QuickBooks online experience-Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment-If you have a background in distribution or manufacturing, this would make you stand out!
